Why do I need a trainer? A qualified
trainer will help you to define realistic goals, establish ways to measure
them and then develop a plan to help you reach those goals while holding you
accountable the entire way. Your trainer will inspire, motivate and educate
you while he / she pushes and challenges you safely to your limit.
We offer a variety of plans. Your rate is
determined by the length of your sessions and the number of sessions you do
each week or the number you pay for each time. For example we offer packages
of 5, 10 or 20 sessions for 30 min up to 75 minutes. Our Economy Pack.
features Buddy Training, Boot Camps and Bi Monthly consultation where the
cost is shared with other clients. Resistance training increases lean body mass. Increased lean body mass actually raises your metabolism and makes your body burn more calories and fat. Weight training is one of the best ways for women to tone and lose weight. |

| How can eating more help me loose weight? Eating
more of the right foods, multiple small meals and drinking enough water
will actually stimulate your metabolism and help you lose weight.
Books and magazines
are good to get ideas and the fitness models in them can inspire you.
However, there is no substitute for personal accountability from a
fitness professional who knows your health history and personal
lifestyle and who will see you multiple times per week. I want to be safe…AND get results! Your trainer should be NATIONALLY CERTIFIED and should be able to provide references.
