Renaissance Fitness offers individual and group personal training and
fitness consulting. We provide customized workout and nutrition programs
that are designed specifically for your body-type, lifestyle, and goals. Our
Clients consist of people who have never been in a fitness center before, to
national level bodybuilders and every level in between. Why You Need Us: Everyone can benefit from the expertise of a properly qualified and experienced fitness professional. It eliminates the guesswork of wondering what works. How many sets? How much rest? What should I eat? Renaissance Fitness has been transforming bodies for years. | We offer 30, 45, and 60 minute personal training sessions. An average
would be 2 one-hour sessions per week. Some clients hire us short-term
while others have been training with us 2-3 times each week for years.
On the days that you don't have an appointment, you will follow your customized workout plan for that day. We also check body composition every 4 weeks to track progress. Physique Consulting Services: For competitive bodybuilders, fitness or figure competitors or anyone trying to "peak" their physique for an event. We design your off-season and pre-contest training programs, diet and supplement program, and instruct on posing and stage presence. Everything to get you ready from start to the finished product on stage. Consulting is done in person, by telephone, or E-mail. Seminars are also presented to small groups. |
